How do you structure your sessions and what is your policy if someone needs to reschedule?
My sessions run 60-90min based on the clients needs. If clients need to reschedule, they give a minimum 48hrs notice unless there is an unforeseen emergency they weren’t aware of.
Both my clients and I respect each other's time and energy, and I work only with people who value integrity.
What level of check-in and availability can clients expect between sessions?
My ideal clients are self-led.
I don't support dependent relationships and lack of ownership. So most of the check-ins happen either on the call or clients have an option to send me a summary of the week before the call if they prefer it that way.
Otherwise, my clients and I love to celebrate wins together.
And in case of long-term cooperation, I offer one emergency call per month if needed.
How do you like clients to prepare before each meeting to make the most of our time together?
The client should know what they would like to change and what kind of outcome they want and take responsibility for their results. If they are ready to make it happen, even better. I can guide them through the process and support them energetically but I can’t do it for them.
What topics or approaches are off-limits for you in a session and why?
I don't have any off-limit topics but when it comes to approaches I am the one who is choosing the tools and approach.
If they are not willing to be guided by my expertise then I'm not the right person for them.
How do you handle confidentiality and what can clients share outside our container?
I believe that what is said on the call should stay private.
I'm happy to sign an NDA for the clients who need more reassurance when it comes to privacy.
At the same time, I don't recommend my clients sharing the tools I teach them with others because it feels so simple and like everyone can do it on their own.
The tools are created in a specific way and I'm always making sure to choose the right one for a specific situation in a safe way for the client.
So, using them randomly without fully understanding how emotions and energy works could put them in an unpleasant situation they wouldn't know how to get out of.
What style of feedback feels most supportive to you when guiding someone through their emotional blocks?
I use emotional awareness to check the energy state of the client. That ensures the effectiveness of the work by making sure everything is released.
But of course, I’m expecting honest communication from the client because there are moments when their mind is not fully on board and it needs to be addressed before we can continue.
Everybody is different and perceives reality in different ways.
We all have received a different type of programming growing up, so aligning methods to their unique needs is extremely important. And for that I need to have client’s honest feedback.
What are your expectations around payment timing and refunds if someone chooses to step back?
When it comes to payments, all my clients pay me beforehand, many of them even before I send an invoice.
I haven't had anyone asking for a refund yet and I'm not offering any refunds on one-off sessions or sessions that I showed up to but clients didn’t without any notice.
If for any reason, the long-term client would decide to stop working with me, I would of course give them a refund based on how many sessions there are left and current fees.
How do you prefer to communicate urgent concerns versus routine questions?
Urgent concerns can be addressed on the emergency call that I offer to my clients. As for normal questions, those should be addressed on the call.
What is the difference between an emergency call, one-off session or a session included in the long-term package?
- Emergency call - Those are the calls where there is an urgent, highly charged situation that is either slowing you down or not allowing you to focus on anything else.
I have helped with situations like grief, financial mistakes/ emergencies, being cancelled publicly or traumatic situations causing flashbacks.
All of these are causing high emotional charge that is disrupting focus and natural flow and it is important to address it as soon as possible, so one can forgo consequences of the decisions made in such states. - One-off session - these are usually available only to my previous clients when they need some extra support.
- Sessions included in the long-term package - the main difference here is that we start with diagnostics and identify misaligned areas. Most of the issues found can usually be traced to other issues that clients experience. Then it is up to the clients to decide what they would like to start with based on their goals.
Of course, if there are any more urgent matters we start with those.
In the long-term cooperation clients also get extra emergency access to me, so they are supported when needed.
